The Customer Service Representative/Sales Admin interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
MUST HAVE NUTRITIONAL, HEALTH & WELLNESS OR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY EXPERIENCE

- The Customer Service Representative must support our mission: We are dedicated to building relationships between our respected ingredient manufacturers and the leading innovators of health and wellness products.
· Confer with both prospective and current customers by telephone or email to provide information about ingredients, samples, processing orders, provide pricing quotes and sourcing, and obtain details of complaints.
· Review current inventory and check for material availability, order as necessary from vendors, and provide internal sources information as required.
· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
· Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
· Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise.
· Maintain spreadsheet on customer pricing as well as vendor pricing for material.
· Other duties may be assigned as needed including but not limited to answering phones, filling in for employees while they are out, filing, etc.
· Exercise clear management decision power over client/customer deliverables and make decisions suitable for the situation.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
