ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a critical care setting, particularly with ventilator management, drip management, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) care, and post-cardiac catheterization care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and manage patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform procedures and interventions required for critically ill patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license (AL State or Compact RN license).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant ICU experience.
• Experience with EMR Meditech Expanse preferred.
