Hematology/Oncology Physician

Build continuity with an established adult patient panel while enjoying the flexibility of a four-day workweek option and low-volume phone call coverage.

Highlights:

Practice & Cases:

• Adult hematology and oncology clinic with inpatient consults
• Broad oncology diagnoses and hematology consultative care
• Patient volume ramps from approximately 10 to 18 patients per day
• No procedures required

Schedule:

• Choose four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
• 40-hour workweek with 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours
• Tuesday through Friday schedule preferred
• 24-hour call on a 1:4 rotation

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active California medical license required
• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or Board Eligible within 5 years
• BLS required

Logistics:

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
• Travel accommodations available for eligible assignments
