Guardian Angel Staffing is interviewing Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for both Full Time and Part Time Employment opportunities for a Long Term Care Facility in the Wilmore, Kentucky Area.

THESE ARE NOT TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS.

Candidates must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment, these are floor positions in a long term care facility.

Part Time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Requirements Include But Not Limited To:
Nurse Requirements
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. Current CPR Card; your CPR must have in person skills test, American Heart Association and Red Cross meet these requirements.
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. Nursing Diploma & Current Nurse CEUs
5. For this type of employment or licensure, state and, federal law require a state and national criminal background check as a condition of employment.
6. At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience with Point Click Care knowledge preferred.
7. Pass drug screening
8. Please make sure to list the following: your license number from the board of nursing, your work history starting with your current employer and list your correct dates of employment, and the correct facility phone number.
Our clients typically require at least two verifiable references. We can not verify 1099 employment.

CNA Requirements:
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. Current CPR Card; your CPR must have in person skills test, American Heart Association and Red Cross meet these requirements.
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. College Diploma, High School Diploma or GED
5. For this type of employment or licensure, state and, federal law require a state and national criminal background check as a condition of employment.
6. Current verifiable Long Term Care Facility experience working the floor with a team of patients.
7. Pass drug screening
8. Please make sure to list the following: your license number from the board of nursing, your work history starting with your current employer and list your correct dates of employment, and the correct facility phone number.

2. Provide at least two employment references. Make sure to list your employer’s name, the dates you were employed and their correct phone number.

Registered Nurse @ $58-$59/hr
Licensed Practical Nurse @ $45-$46/hr
Certified Nursing Assistant @ $31-$32/hr

AVAILABLE RN & LPN SHIFTS: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
Available CNA SHIFTS: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
