Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Hospitalist - Weekends Only | South Florida | $160K + Benefits

Join a supportive and collaborative hospital team in South Florida as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist. • Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care to a diverse patient population on weekends
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transitions of care for hospitalized patients
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system (Epower Doc EMR experience preferred)
• Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
• Minimum 2 years of hospitalist or inpatient clinical experience required
• Active Florida NP or PA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional demeanor
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Epower Doc EMR system is beneficial
• Experience in acute care or critical care settings
