Asbestos Removal Supervisor / Supervisor de Remoción de Asbesto Valid Asbestos Supervisor Certification. Estamos buscando un Supervisor de Abatimiento de Asbesto para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, liderarás cuadrillas de trabajo en campo, asegurando que los proyectos de abatimiento de asbesto y otros materiales peligrosos se completen de manera segura, a tiempo y en cumplimiento con todas las regulaciones aplicables. Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo en la seguridad de tu equipo y de las comunidades a las que servimos. Supervisar y dirigir cuadrillas de abatimiento de asbesto en los sitios de trabajo. Garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de OSHA, EPA y las regulaciones estatales y locales. Dirigir reuniones diarias de seguridad y hacer cumplir los protocolos de seguridad de la empresa. Coordinar la logística de los proyectos, incluyendo equipos, materiales y la disposición adecuada de residuos. Mantener registros precisos del proyecto, bitácoras e informes diarios. Comunicarse regularmente con los Gerentes de Proyecto sobre el avance, los desafíos y las necesidades del proyecto. Capacitar, supervisar y evaluar al personal para apoyar su desarrollo y desempeño. Resolver problemas en el sitio para minimizar retrasos y garantizar un trabajo de alta calidad. Certificación vigente como Supervisor de Asbesto . Más de 3 años de experiencia en abatimiento de asbesto o remediación ambiental, incluyendo al menos 1 año en un puesto de supervisión. Conocimiento sólido de las regulaciones de abatimiento de asbesto, prácticas de seguridad y operación de equipos. Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y especificaciones de proyectos. Licencia de conducir válida de California y transporte confiable. Debe aprobar el examen médico, la prueba antidopaje y la prueba de ajuste del respirador fit test. Bilingüe (inglés y español).
