Job Description: Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in ++Wilmington, DE++ to join our team for the 2025/2026 school year. As a School-Based SLP, you will provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students across various grade levels, helping them develop essential communication skills for academic success and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, evaluations, and speech therapy interventions for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district policies and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid Speech Language Pathologist Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
