What you'll do as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for: Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time Payroll processing from start to finish Managing multi-line phone calls and emails professionally and courteously Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and record keeping Supporting office operations by organizing and maintaining procedures Providing backup support for the receptionist and other administrative duties as needed

What you'll bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 1 year of data entry experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Proficiency with QuickBooks (Enterprise Solutions 24.0 or similar accounting software) Knowledge of accounts payable procedures Ability to type at least 55 words per minute Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail Basic knowledge of general office equipment Self-motivation, organized, and able to work independently Fluent English speaking skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
