Job DescriptionJob Description Assistant Clinic Director (RN)Full-Time, IV Nutrition Carmel Join a Team Committed to Exceptional Care and WellnessIV Nutrition Carmel is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director. This role is ideal for a nurse who combines excellent clinical skills with outstanding customer service, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, identifies opportunities to improve the client experience, and consistently goes above and beyond without needing to be asked.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver IV hydration, vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness therapies in a safe and professional manner.Provide an exceptional experience for every client through compassionate care and excellent communication.Support the Clinic Director with day-to-day clinical and operational responsibilities.Perform IV starts confidently, including on clients with difficult venous access.Accurately document treatments and maintain compliance with clinic policies and protocols.Educate clients on available therapies and wellness services.Assist with staff training, workflow improvements, and maintaining a positive team culture.Contribute innovative ideas to enhance clinic operations, client satisfaction, and business growth.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.Minimum of 2 years of IV infusion or vascular access experience preferred.Excellent IV placement skills and sound clinical judgment.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think independently, and follow through on responsibilities.Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support the team in all aspects of clinic operations.Interest in wellness, preventative health, or functional medicine is preferred.ScheduleFull-time positionMonday through Friday with occasional Saturdays8–10 hour shiftsWhy Join IV Nutrition Carmel?Work in a welcoming, client-focused outpatient wellness clinic.Build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact on clients' health and well-being.Join a supportive and collaborative team that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.Enjoy opportunities for leadership development and professional growth within a growing organization.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and approaches every task with professionalism and accountability.
