We are open to a hybrid schedule for this role. The Project Manager will support our Cryogenic Carbon Capture business and be responsible for all stages of projects from initiation of the contract to job close. The Project Manager oversees the engineering, design and fabrication of awarded contracts.What Will You Do?Responsible for all commercial and administrative requirements of ProjectsDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within the budgetLead the project team and all necessary technical disciplines throughout the project’s design, fabrication and as required installationAbility to follow all company procedures with regards to project reporting and client interface including:Financial/Operations Reviews, Project Planning, Procurement Planning, Budgeting, Staffing and Quality ManagementWork with Project Controls and Quality groups as required to support project and departmental requirementsAssist with proposal development and review prior to contract awardProvide technical assistance and problem resolutionCoordinate project activities in order to comply with all design codes, safety regulations, government and regulatory agenciesReview and apply project specifications to engineering, design and fabrication effortsReview, understand and interpret Customer specifications and contract requirementsManage Customer and internal documents through the Document Management SystemCoordinate material/purchasing requirements, develop requisitions and approve vendor selectionsResponsible for cost control, cost forecasting, planning/scheduling, change management, and reporting on projectsYour Experience Should Be...B.S. with M.S. or M.A.10+ years of hands on project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with cryogenic gas processing projects including natural gas and hydrogen liquefaction and separation and rejection facilitiesAbility to manage multiple parallel projectsExcellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Primavera P6 and other project management programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to work and succeed in a team environmentExperience working in an environment where responsibility and accountability was expectedProven leadership, management, supervisory and organizational skillsExcellent customer service skillsConflict resolution skillsExperience working with Industry Standard Codes (ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, OSHA)and or international equivalentsIndustrial Fabrication or Construction experienceUnderstanding of Engineering disciplinesOur Benefits Package...Medical, dental and vision insuranceEmployer contributions to an HSA accountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverageBasic life insurance with the option to purchase supplemental individual, spouse and dependent child coverageUp to two weeks of paid family leave401k retirement savings plan including a company matchEmployee stock purchase program
