Job Description
- Manage daily field operations and site activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
- Monitor quality control and project progress.
- Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
- Commercial or retail construction experience required.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.
