Data EngineerLocation: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)FTE OnlyJob DescriptionExpected to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Python and PL/SQL, ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable data movement across systems.Responsible for implementing data transformations, validations, and performance optimized SQL/PL SQL logic, while collaborating closely with upstream and downstream teams to support analytics and business reporting needs.Roles & Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain end to end ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into target platforms.• Build and optimize data processing logic using Python and PL/SQL, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, and complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.• Implement data quality checks, validations, and exception handling to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.• Tune ETL jobs, SQL queries, and database objects to support high volume and performance critical workloads.• Collaborate with application, reporting, and analytics teams to support downstream consumption and business requirements.• Support production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution, including root cause analysis for data related incidents.
