Job Summary of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their dental needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each Patient gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices. This role does require previous experience, ability to work in a fast paced environment, good team working ability, and a positive attitude. 

 
Responsibilities of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator

• Educate patients on their Dental insurance options
• Ensuring daily schedules are confirmed and productive each day
• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups
• Clearly explain procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options with efficiency 
• Work closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
• Previous experience in dental or medical front office preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Qualifications of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
