Warehouse Supervisor

Overview We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training to promote a productive and safety-conscious workforce Manage inventory levels accurately, utilizing tracking systems to ensure proper stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prepare reports for management review Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to shipping, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of products to clients Develop, implement, and regularly review warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high standards and compliance with industry regulations Conduct regular safety inspections, investigate incidents, and enforce safety standards to create a secure work environment for all employees Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, and team supervision Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or ERP systems Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and perform physical tasks as required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits Competitive salary that reflects experience and qualifications Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being Paid holidays and generous vacation policies to promote work-life balance A fun, engaging, and collaborative work environment that encourages team growth and development Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization Employee discounts and participation in company-sponsored events and activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
