Use the Windsor 4‑step Selling Method to create the Oasis for our customers. Show great style and love Windsor products; share your passion for fashion and styling tips to help customers feel confident in their purchases. Pride in your store: change mannequins, sweep dust, hang best‑selling dresses; work hard, learn, adapt and improve. Strive to achieve personal and store goals. Must be able to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0–25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
