Memory Caregiver

Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights | Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

Pay: $15/hr to $16.80/hr (Based on experience) PLUS shift differentials: +$.75/hr evenings, +$.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends

Bradford Houses are specialized memory care cottages designed to provide personalized care, assistance, and supervision for seniors living with memory impairment. They offer a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for individuals who can no longer live independently at home but do not require the full range of medical services provided by a skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do as a Memory Caregiver:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision

Requirements for a Memory Caregiver:

• Training in geriatrics (nursing, social work, rehabilitation or therapeutic recreation) or sufficient related prior work experience is preferred.
