Associate Dentist Location: Rocky River, OH Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 annually Join a Thriving Private Practice in Rocky River, Ohio We are a busy, well-established private dental practice seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity offers flexibility with either a full-time or part-time schedule, a strong patient base, excellent earning potential, and a clear pathway to partnership for the right provider. Our fee-for-service and PPO practice provides comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Services include general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Full-Time or Part-Time options available What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions Perform restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures Utilize comfort sedation when clinically appropriate Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team Adhere to all office policies, OSHA, ADA, state, and federal regulations Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school Active Ohio Dental License (or eligibility to obtain) Completion of a GPR or AGD Fellowship required Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Desire to build long-term patient relationships Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Annual earning potential of $150,000–$300,000 Compensation options include: Daily guarantee Percentage of collections Combination compensation model Medical and dental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Plan Pension and Profit-Sharing Plan Cash Balance Retirement Plan Partnership opportunity available Relocation and compensation package negotiable for the right candidate Why Join Us?
