Deputy Terminal Delivery Director - Aviation / Project Director

For our client, we are seeking a Deputy Terminal Delivery Director - Aviation / Project Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $223,911 – $248,790 annually Responsibilities Support strategic direction for aviation and terminal development programs alongside the Terminal Delivery Director Oversee multiple concurrent aviation projects through all phases of delivery Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and risk mitigation Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics for program monitoring Serve as a senior client representative maintaining critical stakeholder relationships Lead coordination among various terminal operations, construction activities, and stakeholders Champion a safety and quality-focused project culture across all initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or related field 15+ years of experience managing large-scale aviation or terminal development projects Experience leading complex airport terminal projects exceeding significant construction values Strong leadership and communication skills in multidisciplinary team environments Proficient in project delivery methodologies, project controls, and aviation regulations Benefits Health insurance with Health Savings Account option Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care 401(k) Plan with retirement counseling Paid Time Off starting at 16 days Paid Holidays totaling 9 days Continuing Education Program support Professional Licensure and Society Memberships Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
