Production Manager

Production Supervisor (Night Shift) We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of employees on a rotating 2-2-3 night shift (6 PM to 6 AM). This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team development while ensuring production goals are met. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a production team in a manufacturing environment Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions Support employee development through training, feedback, and cross-training Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to maintain workflow and meet production targets Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience supervising production teams in an industrial setting Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and lean principles Proven commitment to workplace safety Experience using ERP systems; SAP preferred Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 night shift schedule Preferred Qualifications Chemical manufacturing experience Bachelor's degree Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs Why Join Us?
