Therapist - Social Worker

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate social work services to clients, supporting their mental health and well-being through evidence-based interventions and case management.

Responsibilities:

Assess clients' emotional, social, and psychological needs to develop tailored care plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions according to established best practices and licensing standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case notes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and institutional protocols.
Advocate for clients' access to community resources and support systems.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED with primary source verification.
Demonstrate at least one (1) year of LMSW experience in a clinical setting.
Possess a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain professional integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
