Salary: Starting pay is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour . Based on experience.
Shift & Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am. Monday-Friday
- Standard 40-hour work weeks with overtime opportunities
Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervision of assigned production associates.
- Daily machine scheduling.
- Responsible for injection molding production and ancillary functions for assigned shift.
- Responsible for all training of assigned production associates.
- Daily auditing.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Previous leadership experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Knowledge of injection molding and ability to start up and shut down injection molding and ancillary equipment preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Working knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Office.
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good attendance.
