Role Description: The Attorney role at Boeller Law, P.A. is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarasota County, FL. The Attorney will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including client consultations, case strategy development, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing correspondence and legal documents. Daily responsibilities include providing legal advice, negotiating on clients’ behalf, appearing in court and at hearings as required, and maintaining thorough, organized case files. The Attorney will collaborate with other team members, communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, and ensure all work complies with applicable laws, ethical standards, and firm policies. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal procedures. Experience or focused knowledge in Labor and Employment Law, including advising on workplace-related matters. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients in a variety of situations. Proficiency in Legal Research to support case strategy, drafting, and advocacy. Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes, managing settlements, and advocating for client interests. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing. Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and collaborative work with colleagues and staff. Prior law firm experience or relevant practice experience in Sarasota County or Florida courts is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
