Your Impact as a Strategy & Operations Intern As a Strategy & Operations Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain firsthand exposure to the strategies, technologies, and operational decisions that help restaurant operators succeed in one of the world's most competitive industries. Throughout the summer, you will support initiatives that influence business strategy , internal operations , and customer success . Your work will help shape decisions that improve how restaurant operators manage their business, serve their guests, and drive profitable growth. What You'll Do Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals , engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team , and gain insight into career paths within Strategy & Operations. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo , where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization. Requirements Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, customer experience, or related business functions Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate across diverse audiences Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Interest in technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences; familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms preferred Location Internships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.
