Customer Relations Associate

Arctic Air Home Services is hiring a Customer Relations Associate to join our Sarasota team. Customer service is a core strength of our business, and this role is where it starts: you'll be the first voice our customers hear, the person who solves their problem, and the one who gets the right technician to their door. We're looking for a sharp, college-educated professional who enjoys talking with people, likes the challenge of turning a call into a booked appointment, and wants to build a career with a growing company. Home services experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you on our services, our systems, and how to win on the phones. This is a 100% onsite, in-person position with no remote or hybrid option. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls throughout the day. Book service, maintenance, and replacement appointments that drive revenue for the company. Sell and renew maintenance plans, including follow-up on expiring memberships. Follow up on estimates and options presented by our technicians to help customers move forward. Coordinate appointments with Dispatch and field teams to keep schedules full and on time. Solve customer problems quickly and professionally, escalating when needed. Follow up after service to make sure every customer is satisfied. Keep accurate customer records and notes in ServiceTitan. What We're Looking For Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Customer service, sales, or other customer-facing experience (internships and part-time roles count). Genuine enjoyment of customer service and sales, and comfort being on the phone all day. An incredibly positive attitude, even on busy days. Coachable and eager to learn, with a drive to hit goals and grow. Sharp, organized, and able to juggle calls, scheduling, and follow-ups at the same time. Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software. Home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) or ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required. Consistent and reliable transportation. Busy season schedule (May through the end of October): 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position.
