Sales Counter Parts Person Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and every third Saturday 9am-2pm
• Greet customers promptly and provide professional, courteous service.
• Look up automotive parts accurately using the dealership's computer system.
• Assist customers with identifying, selecting, and purchasing the correct parts.
• Answer questions about parts availability, pricing, and order status.
• Process counter sales and maintain accurate transaction information.
• Keep the front counter area organized and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dealership team members.

Sales Counter Parts Person Qualifications:

• Comfortable using a computer and learning parts-lookup software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, welcoming, and helpful manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to look up information accurately.
• Dependable and able to work the full schedule, including every third Saturday.
• Automotive parts or dealership experience is a strong plus, but not required.
