About the Role:
N Zone Sports SoCal is looking for an energetic and passionate Multi-Sport Coach to lead youth athletes in Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football in South Corona, CA, Temescal Valley, CA, and Lake Elsinore, CA! This is your chance to make a real impact by inspiring the next generation of athletes while doing what you love. Responsibilities:
Coach and instruct youth athletes in soccer, basketball, and flag football fundamentals
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate practices and game-day activities
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment for all skill levels
Supervise and ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games
Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and program coordinators
Model sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character development on and off the field
Set up and break down equipment and facilities as needed for each session
Requirements:
Prior high school athletic experience or sports coaching experience required
Knowledge of soccer, basketball, and/or flag football rules and fundamentals
Strong communication and classroom/field management skills
Enthusiastic, patient, and dependable with a passion for youth development
Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check and pass an acedemic competency test
Reliable transportation to Temescal Valley, South Corona, and North Lake Elsinore
