Ideal Candidate Profile: - At least 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or a related setting (preferred) - Demonstrates proactive efforts to address and close any skills gaps through self-study, training, or professional development - Provides clear explanations for any employment gaps or, for new graduates, any extended time between graduation and certification/licensure We are committed to considering well-rounded candidates who bring both experience and dedication to the field, with a focus on long-term growth in Urgent Care. Qualifications: - Currently BC with MA license - DEA, MCSR in MA, ACLS/PALS Certification - Comfortable seeing patients 6 months+ and making30-40 patient notes/day - Willing to work every other weekend (Sat/Sun)
