CONTRACT: Lead Biller/Senior Accounting Associate (10881)
Our client, located in Central Dallas, is looking for a Lead Biller/Senior Accounting Associate on a contract-to-hire basis. Keys :- B2C (Business-to-Consumer) billing experience
- High volume experience highly preferred - will be processing 100-125 invoices per day
- Light collections - more like updating credit card information
- No aging - customers are expected to pay up-front
Responsibilities:
- Point-of-sale billing and collection responsibility
- Spreadsheet experience (Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel)
- Able and willing to assume special projects as assigned
- A/R and A/P experience
Preferred but not required:
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Light financial reporting experience

- Proactive with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Works well in a team setting
- Organized
