As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical team members. You will also educate and support families, while maintaining consistent communication regarding client goals, progress, and treatment recommendations. What We Expect from Our BCBAs Conduct and oversee comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each client's strengths and areas of need. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. Educate and support families while maintaining consistent communication regarding client goals, progress, and treatment recommendations. Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to promote continuity of care across settings. Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities. Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards.
