The candidate should have a vision for uniting the congregation in praise and worship, capable of leading worship and coordinating existing worship groups. The role involves fostering a dynamic ministry aimed at educating and growing the congregation in music grounded in Biblical truth, with the goal of glorifying God in beauty and excellence.
