Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Details - Full-time CRNA position - Day shift with call requirements - 100% anesthesia care for diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures - PSLF-eligible employer - Competitive compensation with supplemental pay rates - Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment available for eligible candidates

Responsibilities - Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessments - Develop and implement anesthetic care plans - Select, obtain, and administer anesthesia (induction, maintenance, emergence) - Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to physiologic changes - Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and care - Additional duties as assigned

Requirements - Graduate of an accredited CRNA program - Active RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio - NBCRNA certification and CPC required - BLS and ACLS required (AHA or Red Cross) - PALS and NRP may be required depending on setting

Skills & Work Environment - Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments - Requires standing, walking, lifting, and patient transport - Must follow appropriate PPE and safety protocols
