This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the India GM - driving revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast in ElevenLabs' largest APJ market. Critically, you won't just support strategy from the sidelines - you'll help identify where the next wave of growth comes from and own execution of the initiatives that move the growth needle, seeing them through from plan to result. No job is too small. No task is beneath you. The upside is significant.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM - pressure-testing plans, not just executing them.
• Scope and build the case for new growth bets - new segments, channels, or motions.
• Bring an outside-in view of where India GTM is under-indexed and turn market and competitive signal into a plan.
• Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives - driving them from plan to measurable outcome, not just tracking status.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Legal, Marketing, and Product on India-specific initiatives.
• Track the KPIs and OKRs that matter for the India business and surface what needs attention before it becomes a fire.
• Identify and fix operational problems before they escalate.
• Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org.

Requirements

• Low ego, high ownership, no task beneath you - you drive things to done, not just to "assigned."
• Smart, structured, and practical with genuine commercial instincts.
• Track record of owning a growth initiative end-to-end and landing a measurable result, not just coordinating one.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity - you can take a vague growth thesis and turn it into a scoped plan with an owner and a timeline.
• Passionate about AI and excited to be at the center of a category-defining company.
• Prior experience in consulting, strategy & ops, or a high-growth startup GTM environment.
