Accounts Payables Manager

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Accounts Payables Manager for our home office in Longwood, FL. The Manager, AP is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable department.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and implement AP processes and workflows to ensure adherence and success
• Recruit, select, train, and manage AP employees
• Monitor employee workload and redistribute as necessary to ensure adherence to our Service Level Commitments
• Review and correct tax files
• Review and process sales tax, make online payments and record transactions accordingly
• Process ACH debit block forms as needed
• Review and process annual 1099s
• Maintain monthly NSF spreadsheet
• Review and process requests for wire transfer
• Process miscellaneous IRS items such as levies and B-notices
• All other duties as assigned or as needed based upon the workload of department

Applicants must:

• Have previous leadership experience
• Possess an understanding of standard accounts payable processes
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
