Brand Advocate Position in Detroit, Michigan

Job Description Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store. Perfect role for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition Hiring Requirements Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers Physical skill requirements Stand for long periods of time Lift 25 Lbs. Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License Professional appearance Previous Work Experience Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Sampling selling experience is a plus Disclosure Statement Candidates are required to have their own (not public) means of transportation and must have a manageable commute.
