Hillcrest Hospice, 1820 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, Nebraska, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 AM Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a Hospice RN to join our Hospice team in the Omaha area ! Responsibilities Assess the physical, functional, psychosocial, and nutritional status of assigned patients in a systematic and continuous manner to provide required patient services. Professionally consult with physicians, other team members, patients/families, and other caregivers to formulate a plan of care and coordinate delivery of services. Provide nursing services in accordance with the plan of care and utilizing the nursing processes. Keep track of time spent daily on visits, travel, meetings, mileage, etc. and accurately place them into time spreadsheet. Qualifications Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse. At least three years of experience as a nurse. At least two years of experience in hospice or home care setting preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a reliable means of transportation and carry current automobile insurance.
