At Inspired Living, our Med Techs play an important role in helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate team member who is ready to make a difference while supporting exceptional resident care.We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community in Bradenton, FL.What You'll DoProvide medication management and personal care according to each resident's service plan and physician orders.Safely administer medications and accurately follow the Medication Administration Record (MAR).Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate clinical team members, families, and medical professionals.Maintain accurate documentation and follow all medication, care, HIPAA, safety, and regulatory requirements.Communicate with other Med Techs and care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.Assist with meals, including serving, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.Support and provide direction to team members during assigned shifts as appropriate.Maintain all required state certifications, training, and ongoing education.Follow quality improvement standards and help identify opportunities to improve resident care and services.Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and teammates.What You BringHigh school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.State-required HHA certification or CNA license.At least 6 months of supervisory experience in a health-related field preferred/required.Ability to accurately read physician orders and match them to MARs.Working knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.A genuine passion for caring for older adults.Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way.Why Inspired Living?We believe great care starts with great people.
