The House Supervisor - Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care and practice. Implement the unit policies and procedures and act as a resource to the staff. Responsible for unit compliance with The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, state and regulatory standards and patient rights standards. Evaluate program effectiveness and formulates plans for improvement. Assist in developing staffing schedules in accordance with patient needs. Coordinate the process for determining and maintaining accurate legal processes for patients. Ensure Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management policies are consistently Implemented on the unit. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility. Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of CPI within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures. Compensation This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour + $3,500 sign-on bonus.
