As a CAD Designer / Product Designer, you'll collaborate with customers, sales, and production to create high-quality, custom equipment, while helping improve future designs through innovation and expertise.We're looking for motivated designers who want long-term career growth in a safety-first environment.What You'll DoDesign custom communications enclosures using 3D modeling softwareModify existing production designs to meet customer needsCreate bills of material, customer drawings, and manufacturing documentationSupport design testing and continuous improvement effortsDevelop innovative design solutions to improve quality and reduce costCollaborate with engineering, sales, production, and customersWhat We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferredEquivalent education and hands-on experience consideredExperience & SkillsProficient in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syteline a plus)Sheet metal design experience requiredStamping dies, jigs, and fixtures experience preferred2+ years of industrial mechanical engineering experienceProfessional SkillsStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work professionally with internal teams and customersPhysical & Safety RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and use hands for detailed workMust wear safety glasses and steel-toe bootsSafety procedures must be followed at all timesThis position has no direct reports.
