Senior Analyst

A Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, reports, and programs within several client accounts, while learning the Hypothesis Way and developing increasingly complex analysis and storytelling skills.

Team Impact:

• Collaborate with team members to contribute your perspective on insights and to cultivate an environment of innovation
• Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to foster a workplace of support and collaboration

Client Impact:

• Create and manage project timelines to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
• Own vendor fieldwork, timing, and budget across multiple projects and serve as the point of contact for vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in the creation of research materials, such as questionnaires and discussion guides, to support client objectives
• Execute thorough quality assurance checks for programs, tab specs, and reports to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports for clients
• Utilize and develop your fundamental data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights and recommendations that map onto client objectives
• Assist with report pulling
• Contribute to successful reporting by sharing analysis and creative data slide ideas
• Gain experience as a trusted advisor to clients by shadowing client calls and communications
• Attend presentation of final report
