The Senior Specialist, Client Services role is a key member of the Client Services team, supporting clients, advisors, and internal partners throughout the account lifecycle and ongoing account maintenance. This role combines direct client service, operational support, problem-solving, and team leadership to deliver exceptional advisory relationship experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment. Support Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers with account opening, funding, and ongoing maintenance. Mentor and train specialists, delegate work, and promote team effectiveness. Resolve client inquiries at the point of contact and route appropriately when additional support is needed. Contribute to department initiatives and working groups that improve processes and workflows. Maintain accurate contact records for prospective and existing clients. Support quarter-end processing, reporting, and preparation of client meeting materials. Ensure client interactions and service activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
