DIHO Consulting USA is seeking applicants for the Construction Materials Testing Technician role in Geismar, Kenner, and Sulphur, Louisiana. This role involves performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials-including soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring -to ensure compliance with project specifications. Candidates with ACI, NICET, or TxDOT certifications are preferred.

• Perform field and laboratory tests such as:
• Concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and casting cylinders for compressive strength)
• Soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge
• Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis , and other soil classification tests (as applicable)
• Asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling
• Pile monitoring during installation to document capacity, penetration, and blow counts
• Produce timely and detailed reports
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and follow our corporate safety procedures at all time
• Follow all company's procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Arrive at the job site to which you are dispatched, on time each day
• Communicate with dispatch on a daily basis
• Communicate with onsite clients each day and relay any information to management

• +1 year of experience in Construction Materials Testing.
• Must have dependable transportation, a truck is preferable as there is an incentive program to use it for work
• Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
• TWIC card (preferred)
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment
• Capable of maintaining an "On Call" type schedule and must be willing to work obscure hours
