Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Restoring Hope Counseling LLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to identify their needs and challenges.

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that facilitate family healing and individual growth.
\n
• Providing direct therapeutic services including individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy to address a wide range of issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treat conflicts among family members, experiences of grief and loss, communication difficulties, and adjustment challenges associated with separation or divorce.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in case reviews and collaborative treatment discussions to enhance overall patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes adults, children, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders.

• Conflict resolution within families, including sibling disputes and parental issues.

• Psychological and physical abuse survivors seeking support.
\n

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
