This role provides leadership across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Operations, Project Management, and Client Services, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed, operational risks are proactively managed, and business processes continue to evolve in support of the firm’s objectives.Working across multiple business functions, this individual will lead operational improvement initiatives, strengthen governance, optimize business processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships across the organization while exercising sound judgment, fostering accountability, improving operational effectiveness, and delivering measurable outcomes in a dynamic investment management environment.The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation.
