Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity – Gentry, AR

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Gentry, Arkansas, seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants for the 2026-2027 school year. These openings are ideal for clinicians seeking a flexible part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact on students.

Position Details

2 openings available
SLP or SLPA candidates will be considered
Maternity leave assignment
Contract dates: September 2026 – November 2026
Part-time position
3 days per week
School-based setting
Supportive district environment

Qualifications

Active Arkansas SLP or SLPA license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLP candidates
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience

Experience working with school-aged students
Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support students with communication needs within the educational setting
