Fiber Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Engineer to support fiber network testing, troubleshooting, and remediation across ISP and OSP environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform OTDR, bi-directional, CD/PMD, and power meter testing. Troubleshoot fiber network issues and identify faults. Conduct fusion splicing, fiber cleaning, and remediation activities. Prepare test reports, redlines, and fiber route documentation. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and technical teams. Travel to customer sites as required. Requirements: 5+ years of fiber telecom experience. Strong knowledge of ISP & OSP fiber networks. Hands-on OTDR testing and fiber characterization experience. Fusion splicing and fiber inspection skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Benefits: Competitive salary.
