Early Literacy Tutor K-3 (Part-Time)

Overview Part‑time Early Literacy Tutor (K‑3) in Framingham, MA. This position begins Fall 2026 and is offered in multiple part‑time schedules Monday through Thursday. Program Schedule & Position Details 9:25 AM–12:30 PM (~16 hrs/wk): support students Grades 1–3 during morning programming. 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (~21 hrs/wk): morning support and possible afternoon support at additional sites. 9:45 AM–1:15 PM (~14 hrs/wk): support students during mid‑morning instructional blocks. Responsibilities Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company. Consult with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students. Communicate and confer with parents providing information on student progress. Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills using Company‑designed materials. Develop and maintain individualized skill‑appropriate lesson plans. Ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from sessions. Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state and/or federal agencies. Attend and document meetings/training with Company Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents as required. Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.
