Regional Sales Manager Job Category: 17.2 Sales (non-Mgmt) Requisition Number: REGIO006945 Posted: June 1, 2026 Full-Time On-site MRL - Mark Rite Lines Billings, MT 59101, USA Description Key Activities/Responsibilities: Champion the direct sales effort in assigned territory. Work with regional team to map and manage the customer base via HubSpot. Generate direct sales and develop customers within specified territory. Train customers and other personnel in the company's product lines. Attend regional sales meetings as needed. Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows. Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information on a monthly basis. Submit monthly accomplishment report. Submit expense reports on a timely basis. Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month. Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices. Must be willing and able to travel 50%, mostly overnight. Other related functions as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Business or related field, preferred. Must have at least (3) three years capital equipment sales experience. (5) Five to ten (10) years of sales experience preferred. Skills: Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate computer literacy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Roadway or manufacturing industry knowledge preferred Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. High degree of initiative, enthusiasm and motivation required. Ability to work in Mountain and Pacific time zones Ability to meet deadlines, work under time restraints and manage costs and resources required.
