Certified Shift Manager

Compensation Starting at $14 per hour. Job Summary Department Manager responsible for leading shifts and overseeing multiple departments, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Supervises training, food safety, inventory management, and scheduling. Works with Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments to maintain high quality service, quality food, and cost control. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experiences. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Responsibilities may include: Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions executed well, all service staff trained in procedures, and front counter McCafé/Drive‑Thru areas organized. Kitchen Department Manager: ensure restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, food safe, cost controlled, and all kitchen staff trained in production procedures including new menu items. People Department Manager: ensure restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes & motivates crew. Requirements Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
