Network Operations Analyst The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day monitoring, support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, performance, and security of network services across data centers, offices, cloud environments, and remote locations. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using network management tools. Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues. Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and WAN/LAN connectivity problems. Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with change‑management procedures. Support lifecycle management activities, including hardware and software refreshes. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service‑impacting issues. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑management activities. Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Support disaster‑recovery testing, infrastructure projects, and new‑technology implementations. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience. Proven effectiveness in vendor management, cost analysis, and RFP frameworks. Preferred: Proven experience in developing design standards and configuration‑standards documentation. Preferred: Knowledge of hybrid extranet and internet topologies, design, and implementations. Preferred: Experience with AWS and Azure network concepts. Salary Range Annual: $70,000 – $118,750. Benefits Retirement savings plan (401(k)) with company match.
