Job Description
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, oil furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance needs with customers.
• Complete service documentation and follow all safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service and installation experience.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, boiler, furnace, and AC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use mechanical and hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must own basic hand tools.
• HVAC certifications are a plus.

Work Environment
Work throughout Center City, Delaware County, and Montgomery County on a mix of commercial (75%) and residential (25%) service calls. Technicians handle 3-5 calls daily and receive hands-on training before being assigned a company vehicle. Standard hours are 7:30 AM-4:30 PM with an on-call rotation every six weeks. Work may be performed in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharon Hill, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $38.00/hr.
